RETURN POLICY

No returns on any orders. No exceptions.

   

ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Orders may not be modified, cancelled or changed in any way and all sales are final once order has processed. Please review your order confirmation upon receipt, and immediately contact service@rockstartradingco.com or +1.414.332.0000 with issues.
  • Rockstar Trading Co. is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by third-party freight (such as FedEx/UPS).
  • International orders - Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs as well as all customs duties/taxes incurred on international orders. Please contact us with any international shipping questions at service@rockstartradingco.com.
  • Should your order be eligible for a refund, please refer to refund terms below.

  

RECEIVING REFUNDS

If you are eligible and approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven't received a refund as expected, first check your bank account once again.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • Next contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've done all of the and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@rockstartradingco.com. We will need your invoice number.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

REPLACEMENTS (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@rockstartradingco.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you do so without first contacting Rockstar Trading Co. first. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guaranty that we will receive your returned item.

  

GIFTS

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

The equipment, materials and/or products subject to this proposal are being offered and supplied to you without warranty of any kind, express or implied, and unless otherwise set forth in writing, are being provided to you in an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Rockstar disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Rockstar, to the maximum extent permissible by law, will not be liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of the equipment, materials or products being made available to you through this proposal including but limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing.
